Show Project Description

The Five Senses Sanctuary was a one-of-a-kind, all day wellness experience set in a stunning and tranquil landscape on the edge of the mountains. It featured an array of international wellness experts and practitioners dedicated to creating restorative and holistic experiences.
The 10-day event was part of Al Ula Moments, a series of unique events and festivals.

HQWS / BWS on behalf of the Royal Commission of Al Ula scouted and transformed an original Al Ula farm into a magical wellness & yoga retreat offering the guests a unique journey to self-discovery and happiness.

As part of the long-term strategy to transform Al Ula into one of the world’s premier destinations for nature, culture and heritage, RCU chose a sustainable approach and had HQWS / BWS design and built the structures and pavilions as permanent structures for future use after the festival.
The set up included a pavilion with a stretch tent roof, 700sqm boardwalk, an outdoor platform for yoga session, a restaurant for 150 pax, water features, audiovisual installation and landscape lighting.
